We're thrilled to announce the launch of Open Track Consultants- an initiative focused on bringing a fresh DEI perspective to traditionally male-dominated industries like motorsport, gaming, sponsorships and more. Open Track wants to help businesses and individuals embrace equality on their paths forward.

Progress is more than a buzzword, it’s about meaningful action and tangible change. Open Track focuses on telling untold stories that highlight disparities in these industries, champions what works to address them, and shows where there's room to improve.

Whether you're on the track, behind the controller, leading a campaign, or trying to breathe fresh air into your business, we want to help you ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion aren’t just talking points, but strategic advantages on your journey.

So in short, here's what we are all about

Our mission is to create engaging, research-driven, and thought-provoking content that champions diversity, equity, and inclusion in motorsport and beyond. By shedding light on untold stories, addressing disparities, and fostering open dialogue, we aim to inspire curiosity, challenge biases, and drive meaningful change toward a fairer and more inclusive future.

We are Arantza and Sacha, nice to meet you!

As an Associate Fellow at the University of St. Andrews Institute for Gender Studies, Arantza is an established marketing executive with a background in DEI advocacy. She has a track record of designing successful, inclusive marketing strategies; and is a published writer in the Motorsport industry.

Sacha is an expert in DEI with experience working in marketing and talent acquisition. She has been an ambassador for inclusion and equality in the Games industry for many years, with a master understanding of what it takes to transform male-dominated spaces into accessible and welcoming environments for all.

We first crossed paths during the ELVTR course: Marketing & Partnerships in Motorsport and quickly discovered a shared passion for diversity, inclusion, and, of course, fast cars. With the industry evolving and an exciting season ahead, now felt like the perfect time to jump in.

Formula 1 has made big promises when it comes to diversity and inclusion, and we want to be part of the conversation. While there are plenty of fan and community-driven initiatives, we’re turning our focus to the business side where we feel there is potential for lasting change.

We would like to invite you to stay Connected! We’ll be publishing weekly articles packed with insights, case studies and practical advice to help keep our network ahead of the curve. Make sure to follow us and join us on this (open) track to change!
